Chris Rainwater forwarded this from Richard Appleby, Chairman of the Constitution Committee of Gwinnett.

The CONSTITUTION COMMITTEE OF GWINNETT will meet this coming Saturday, August 9th, at 9:30 am at the Collins Hill Branch of the Gwinnett Public Library, 455 Camp Perrin Road, which is off Collins Hill Road. (9:00 AM)

Bring a family member, neighbor, friend - anyone who loves this Country and it's Constitution. Take him/her/them out to a good breakfast first. You can bring coffee into the meeting. I look forward to seeing you all there. Our plan is to meet the second Saturday of each month, hopefully in the same place.

Except for in the earliest days of our Country, the Constitution has never been in greater peril. Most of the blame should be on apathetic citizens who have allowed the major political parties and their politicians, the executive branch and the judiciary, to ignore it and subjugate the sleeping Americans to government tyranny on federal, state, county and municipal levels. It is the work of this Committee and others to return the republic to Constitutional government.

I hope that some day a candidate(s), dedicated to Constitutional rule, will emerge from this Committee and seek public office. Who will that be? Hopefully someone a lot younger than me! I have said before that I feel that this Committee represents a major gratitude to the Heroes of our Armed Forces who have died, been injured and served our Country in this War and every war since 1775.

Regards,
Richard Appleby, Chairman
Constitution Committee of Gwinnett

To reach the library from Atlanta, take 85N to 316 West toward Lawrenceville. When 316 becomes no longer limited access, turn left at the first light. This is Collins Hill Road where all the car dealers are. Continue on Collins Hill for about 3 miles, past the light at Russell Road. The next light will be Camp Perrin. Turn right (there ls no left) and the library will be on the right a quarter to a half mile.

To reach the library from Buford or Northern Gwinnett, take SR20 toward Lawrenceville. Well past Old Peachtree Road, turn right on Azalea Drive. Since Azalea hits 20 in 2 places, if you miss it the first time, you'll have a second chance. Camp Perrin dead-ends on Azalea across from a gas station. Turn onto Camp Perrin (right if you got the first Azalea, left if you got the second) and the library will be about 2 miles down the road on your left.

If you have trouble finding it, call my cell phone at 404-310-1013.
