Please help craft our list of the top documentary films, television, lectures, etc that you believe tell a story that must be heard by more American citizens.

Please omit youtube or google videos produced by anonymous people in their garage. Make sure it's an actual film with actual directors, writers, and credits for example which suggest some minimum level of credentials.

Each film above has it's strengths and weaknesses, it's biases and omissions, and intellectual and factual dishonesty, both inadvertent and deliberate, and I'm sure this applies to any film you will be suggesting including some of the ones I've listed above. No film is perfect but we must be able to think critically and fact check what we see and hear, and not just see what we want to see.
